MW1 LTD ("we", "us", "our") is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges of industrial equipment and technology products.

2. Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
• Returned within 14 days of delivery

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-configured or bespoke equipment
• Software licenses once activated
• Items damaged through misuse
• Consumables that have been opened

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact us at [email protected] with your order number
• We will provide a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number
• Pack items securely in original packaging
• Ship to the address provided with RMA clearly marked

6. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Inspection typically completed within 3 business days
• Refund processed within 14 days of receiving goods
• Original payment method credited (5-10 business days for bank processing)
• Shipping costs refunded only if return is due to our error

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods arrive damaged or develop a fault:

• Within 30 days: Full refund available
• Within 6 months: Repair or replacement (refund if not possible)
• 6-24 months: Repair, replacement, or partial refund

8. B2B Orders

For business-to-business orders, consumer cancellation rights may not apply. Please refer to your purchase agreement or contact us for specific terms.
